CLV Intelligence for Workers’ Comp

The same source-linked, provenance-first model we run on Medicare policy, applied to state workers’ compensation fee schedules — versioned rates, change alerts, and underpayment audit packs. Every number survives a click through to the state’s own document.

1 state live · 2026 schedules.

Versioned rate archive

Every state fee-schedule version, kept forever and source-linked. A rate is only correct relative to the version in force on the date of service — state portals publish only today's; we keep the history.

Change alerts on your codes

Register the states and codes you bill. When a schedule changes a rate, ground rule, or effective date, you get a source-linked alert — generated from a diff of two archived versions, never a guess.

Underpayment audit packs

Upload de-identified payment data (de-identified in your browser — no PHI leaves your machine) and we recompute each line against the correct historical schedule, with a dispute-ready PDF quoting the governing regulation verbatim.

Coverage

44 states + DC + US DOL publish a workers’ comp fee schedule. We certify in waves (search demand × buyer concentration); a state shows Live only once its ingestion is running and its canary set passes. Waves are the order we certify in, not a promised date.
