CLV Intelligence for Workers’ Comp

The same source-linked, provenance-first model we run on Medicare policy, applied to state workers’ compensation fee schedules — versioned rates, change alerts, and underpayment audit packs. Every number survives a click through to the state’s own document.

35 states live · 17,300+ priced codes · 2026 schedules.

Versioned rate archive

Every state fee-schedule version, kept forever and source-linked. A rate is only correct relative to the version in force on the date of service — state portals publish only today's; we keep the history.

Change alerts on your codes

Register the states and codes you bill. When we publish or refresh a state's fee schedule, you get an email with the new version and its source document — so you find out from us, not from a denial.

Underpayment audit packs

Upload de-identified payment data (de-identified in your browser — no PHI leaves your machine) and we recompute each line against the correct historical schedule, with a dispute-ready PDF quoting the governing regulation verbatim.

Free · no account · no PHI leaves your browser

See what a payer owes you — in about 30 seconds

Paste a de-identified remittance export. We recompute every line against the correct state fee-schedule version as of its date of serviceand total the underpayment — each “correct” amount source-linked so it survives a payer’s challenge. No CSV handy? Load our sample and watch it run.

Coverage

44 states + DC + US DOL publish a workers’ comp fee schedule. We certify in waves (search demand × buyer concentration); a state shows Live only once its ingestion is running and its canary set passes. Waves are the order we certify in, not a promised date.

No state fee schedule

These states set no WC medical fee schedule (reimbursement is “usual and customary”), so we publish dispute guidance rather than rate pages.
